A Classic Candy Bar – National Museum of Women in the Arts
A popular staple on the wedding scene is the classic candy bar. We love customizing each display to the bride and groom’s taste. Even if there is not a single child at your wedding, we promise, the adults will love this, too. Below are our tips for creating a great display:
- Keep colors monochromatic and change up the textures and shapes to keep it interesting. Think gumballs, wrapped candies, rock sugar and licorice twists.
- We recommend finding containers and display pieces with similar finishes.
- We love the look of glass apothecary jars and vases usually meant for florals.
- The Container Store is a great place for cellophane bags and plastic or metal scoops.
- Don’t forget that it takes a lot of product to really make a statement.
- Keep your budget in check by mixing more luxurious candy with basic penny candies.
- A bag of colorful candies is perfectly suitable as a wedding favor.
